Use this page to permanently delete the data associated with your Tarabalam account. To protect your account, you must sign in first with the same account you use in the app.
How to request deletion of your data
- In the app: open the account menu, tap Delete Account and confirm.
- On this page: sign in below with the same account you use in Tarabalam, then press Delete my Tarabalam account & data.
- By email: write to support@arkaastro.com from your account email and we will delete it.
Deletion is immediate for data held on our servers and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your Tarabalam subscription & auto-renewal (any active auto-renewing plan is cancelled immediately, so you are not charged again)
- Your Tarabalam payment & subscription records, and your notification tokens
- If you have only ever used Tarabalam: your Arka Astro sign-in / login and account record too.
- If you also use Nakshatra Speaks, your shared sign-in and your Nakshatra Speaks data are kept — only your Tarabalam data is deleted.
- The free-trial record (a one-way hash of your device ID and the trial start time), which is kept only to stop the free trial from being repeated. It contains no name or email and is retained with no fixed end date, only for that purpose.
Birth details and your chosen location are stored only on your phone — uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes those.
Want your entire Arka Astro account (all products, including the login) deleted? Email support@arkaastro.com and we will remove it.
